We draw inspiration from the sounds created by the wind and waves. The wind produces music as it brushes against rocks and trees, while waves crash onto mountains and the hulls of boats, creating their own melodies. Over millions of years, Ha Long Bay has always been filled with various types of music that are sweet and lively, as if the Creator has gifted humanity with a symphony.

Our desire is to capture this symphony and preserve it as an important part of our heritage. And so, our dream has come true. Our brainchild has been brought to life, and we have named it simply Halong Symphony Cruise.

10h00-10h15	WELCOME GUESTS AT HALONG CRUISE PORT Halong Symphony's management team is pleased to welcome you at Ha Long International Cruise Port, with a warm and friendly welcome to begin your journey to visit and explore Ha Long Bay.
10h30	DEPARTURE TO THE HALONG BAY Our cruise leaves the port, taking you to begin the cruise to experience the wonderful beauty that nature bestows on Ha Long Bay. At the time, you listen to our introduction to Halong Symphony cruise, safety regulations and itinerary cruise.
11h45 – 12h45	VISIT SURPRISE CAVE The guide will takes you to explore one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay that named “Surprise Cave”. Our guide presents the interesting information about the cave as an indispensable part of the Heritage cruise.
12h45	LUNCH TIME On returning to the cruise, you will be served a Buffet lunch with hearty Asian and European dishes at the restaurant on the cruise (Set Menu will be serve if we have less than 30 guests). VISIT LUON CAVE After lunch, our journey continues with a very interesting experience sampan rowed by local people or do kayaking to explore Luon Cave - a place opens up to a peaceful valley on the bay. (Please inform our guide on board if you would like to do this experience) EXPLORING THE TITOV ISLAND We arrive at the Titov island, where you can immerse yourself in the emerald water of Halong Bay or climbing to the top of Titov mountain to capture the magnificent panorama of Ha Long.

Do we get pick up from hotels ?

We arrange shuttle bus (29 or 35 seaters) to pick up visitor from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area (in Hanoi) or 1st district (in HCM city) . Pick up time is vary for each tour, every morning. The operator will inform you exact time. You are recommended to have breakfast check out and be ready at hotel’s lobby. Pick up request at Hanoi Airport is not available, it can be handled by private car only, and shuttle bus could not pick up or drop off you there. Pick up request at Hanoi train station (Sapa arrival) is not available, as you arrive early at 5:00 am from Sapa while our shuttle bus- pick up time at 7:45am. You can choose to get back at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or go to No. 9 Hang Huong (our office), you can leave luggage there and wait until 7:45am If you are not in Hanoi Old Quarter Area, pick up point at Hanoi Opera House at 8:30am

Taxi used for pickup and drop off

Normally the taxi for pickup to meeting point and ending of the trip are not included. Be carefull when taking any taxi in Vietnam, you may get scammed. Please use the online app like GRAB, XANH Taxi ( 1900 2088) or reputed taxi company : MaiLInh (HAN - 02438333333 )... To avoid scam, you should take a taxi photo with its plate number and driver face in case of bad exprience.
