Why should you discover the Ha Giang Loop?
The Ha Giang Loop thi is the most beautiful route in Northern Vietnam with a length of 395km from Ha Giang City, with most of the route bordering China. You can travel this road by motorbike for an invigorating trip that will take you through the mountains. This loop passes through small villages with friendly locals who welcome you with open arms. You can choose to ride a motorbike from start to finish in 2 days in Ha Giang if you don't have much time, however you will miss the opportunity to mingle with the villagers and learn about the local culture
Itinerary
Night 1: Take the bus from Ha Noi to Ha Giang You will be in Ha Giang city around 3-4 am, we will pick you up to hostel take shower, rest, clean the staff... At 8:30 am, start the journey to Dong Van Karst Plateau.
Day 1: HA GIANG CITY - QUAN BA - YEN MINH - PHO CAO – SUNG LA - DONG VAN TOWN
-8:30 Am -Have breakfast and then start the Ha Giang loop journey
-Check in: KM0 in Ha Giang city- Bac Sum Slope - Quan Ba Heaven Gate - Stopover to see Quan Ba twin mountains, Tam Son Town
-12:30 After passing Can Ty pass, check in some beautiful spots, lonely trees, Van Chai cliff, then have lunch at Yen Minh town
-13:30 continue towards Dong Van to check in: Tham Ma pass , Pho Cao village, Sung La valley, visit Lung Cam cultural village imbued with H'Mong ethnic identity, visit "Pao's house" , Tam Giac Mach field, Moon rock field in Sa Phin village.
-16:30: Visit the mansion of the Vuong family (King of the Hmong people): Coming here, you will truly admire the life and culture of the H'Mong people. In the late afternoon, under the last sunlight of the day, you will get the most authentic experience of the architectural exchange of three cultures: H'Mong, French, and Chinese.
-18:00: Check in hotel, homestay and rest
-19:30: Dinner, then free to walk around Dong Van old town, to enjoy street food at Dong Van old town night market.
Day 2: DONG VAN town – MA PI LENG pass – NHO QUE River– MEO VAC – MAU DUE – HA GIANG city.
- 08:30 am: From Dong Van Town, the tour guide will take you to explore the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass,Check in: Ma Pi Leng monument stop, Panorama check in, death cliff, and some beautiful check in points at the top of the pass.
and take the boat on the Nho Que River, admiring the majestic Tu San canyon
- 12:00: Have lunch at Meo Vac town
- 14:00: Pass through Mau Due – Duong Thuong village - Quan Ba - Ha Giang City
- 17:30: Arrive in Ha Giang City, shower and rest
- 20h30 : Take the bus back to Hanoi
